Staff and Client Testimonials

Testimonial

I have known Dr. Pranali Hoyle for 6 years. She was the first BCBA I worked with in-home therapy. I feel like I hit the jackpot with Dr. Hoyle. She taught me so much over the many years we worked together. I was fortunate that she brought me with her to various agencies so that we could continue to work together. She has been an integral part of my growth as an ABA therapist. Her knowledge, her mentoring, and her clear explanations of why a program should be worked on in a certain way have given me the tools to succeed in this profession. Her choice to pursue her doctorate also encouraged me to return to school. Working with Dr. Hoyle is and always will be a pleasure for me. ” (S.L, RBT)

Client Testimonial

“We have known Pranali Bhatt Hoyle for 20 years since she came into our home as part of our home team to support our son John. In fact, Pranali was the very first therapist we hired in our home program.

At the time, our son John was 2 years old and has just been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

As one can only imagine this was devastating news and as parents, we set out on a mission to find the right therapist who could help our son. From that initial interaction, we observed a kind and compassionate therapist in Pranali who worked skillfully with our child and assisted us in finding a dedicated team. We were so anxious and upset and Pranali immediately put us at ease. For the past 20 years, Pranali has provided ABA to John multiple times a week. John has profound autism with very little language and many learning deficits, so most things are difficult for him. Pranali is patient, dedicated, reliable, and a great team player. Pranali is always available when we need her. Pranali has also successfully worked on community-based activities so that John can successfully go to Verona Park to walk, go out to dinner and the movies with his friends, go to the local gym to swim and use equipment, go to the Supermarket and shop for himself, and to have lunch at various local restaurants successfully.

John has mastered many self-help skills such as taking a shower independently, brushing his teeth, getting dressed, and well as many others thanks to the focused teaching in our home program and collaboration with John’s school. She has also programmed and taught John many household chores such as emptying and loading the dishwasher, doing and folding the laundry, vacuuming, sweeping, etc. preparing him for independent living. John is now twenty-two years old, and Pranali has been an integral and essential member of John’s home team. It has been amazing to watch Pranali be committed going back to school, working full time, and doing all this amazing work over the years. It is impressive that she became a BCBA and most recently a PHD in ABA. We highly recommend Pranali to assist with home programming, evaluate your educational programs, conduct and write Functional Behavior Plans and/or to work with your child/adult with special needs. Pranali has a wealth of experience with all age groups which makes her an unbelievably valuable asset for special needs individuals of any age and theirfamilies. We highly recommend Pranali.”
