My name is Pranali Hoyle, I am a mother, wife, and behavior analyst. My introduction to the field began in the year 2001. Like many, I worked as a paraprofessional when I first started in the field. My love and curiosity for behavior analysis continued to grow as I pursued my degree as a teacher in special education. The rest was essentially history, I continued teaching while pursuing my master’s degree in ABA, allowing me to become certified as a BCBA in 2014.

Since then, I have become a wife, and a mother of two wonderful children, I obtained my Ph.D. in applied behavior analysis as a last step to this long, rewarding and arduous journey..

It has been an extraordinary experience but finishing my doctorate and focusing on mindfulness-based interventions has truly reignited my passion for ABA. I hope to continue in my pursuit of disseminating more compassionate approaches to treatment for all individuals that are neurodiverse and apply the principles of applied behavior analysis to create a better life for all that I serve. Thank you in advance for any opportunity to collaborate. Be kind to one another and to yourself!
